Make sure all your travel documents and medical records are in order, including;

1. A Passport, India Medical travel Visa and other photo identification.

2. Full Medical records (translated into English). Include all test reports and surgery reports, treatment records, and laboratory results.

3. All films / CD (for example, X-Rays, MRI's, CT scans, Angiogram) along with relevant reports translated into English.
